It started with one class on kiln-formed glass that I took just for fun at the Crucible in Oakland, CA. Since then, I have been creating glass art for over 20 years. I usually refer to my work as “art you can use” but much of what I currently do falls into “art for art’s sake.” I don’t consider myself a painterly glass artist but I am very interested in shape, color and concepting.
